The Center for Neurobehavioral Guidance (“CNG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who visit our website, register for our trainings, or participate in our parent coaching services.  This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using our website at www.centerforneurobehavioralguidance.org or providing information to us online, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Who we are and scope

The Center for Neurobehavioral Guidance is an Illinois nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, caregivers, and professionals through neurobehavioral education, consultation, and parent coaching.  This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, email or web forms, online event registrations, donations or payments processed via our website (if offered), and any other online services that link to this Policy. This Policy does not govern information collected offline in clinical, coaching, or consultation records, which may be subject to additional confidentiality, ethical, and legal requirements.

  • Payment and donation information (if applicable): If you make a payment or donation through our website, we collect the amount and limited billing details; payment card information is processed by our third‑party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
  • Coaching and training information: Information you voluntarily share when inquiring about services, completing interest forms, or providing feedback (for example, general concerns, goals, or interests). You should avoid including highly sensitive personal or health information in standard web forms or email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.  When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, may provide additional notice (such as a prominent notice on our website).
